VectorZone Press Release

Date: January 9, 2008

Subject: Elmira Filmmaker Announces Release of Latest Project

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Elmira filmmaker David Fife II is pleased to announce the immediate release of DaFife Productions’ “VectorZone”, a film shot completely in the Southern Tier Region of New York State.

Produced in cooperation with LaVere Media and Polonia Brothers Entertainment, “VectorZone” tells the tale of government mind control experiments in a suburb of Portland Oregon in 1986. The film is based on an 80’s urban legend, which alleged government use of video games as mind control devices in the early 80’s.

“VectorZone” was shot in several Elmira area locations, including Harris Hill, the Heights Theatre, and several sites in Elmira’s downtown business district. “I’m pleased to finally complete and release this film, which is really a labor of love for me,” said Fife. “So many people worked very hard to make this come to fruition. It’s great to see their efforts come together like this.”

“VectorZone” is the first film for DaFife Productions. Currently, Fife is working on his second film, “Harmacy”, parts of which will also be shot locally.

“Elmira is a great place to shoot films like these,” Fife said. “There’s such a range of architecture and scenery, and the people here are very helpful. You just don’t find that kind of cooperation in a larger city.”

“VectorZone” is available immediately through the FilmBaby website at www.filmbaby.com/films/2543, and locally at “Heroes Your Mom Threw Out” in Elmira Heights
